I was looking at the NSA files on my disc two of The Incredibles, and I kept wondering about each hero’s intellegenc bar. If they’re in the middle, are they average or 50?(Average intellegence is 100, so 50 would be legally classified as retarded.) Because it could be that a full bar is 100, or that it is above that. I would like to think that the middle would be average, because Mr. Incredible’s bar stops right in the middle, and I didn’t think his IQ was below 100, or atleast 90-95. Please tell me, because I want Mr. I to be smart!!
Well, I don’t think the Intelligence bar is a measure of IQ. I think on a scale of 0-100, a 100 would be a super genius, while a 0 would be really dum. Mr. I is in the middle so he isn’t super smart, but he isn’t really stupid either.

Well, I think TSS said it all- in the NSA files, they’re not using the rating of intelligence that you refer to (the IQ) in which 100 is the average, but they’re using their own rating system in which 50 is the average and therefore Mr. Incredible is of an average intelligence.
I just wanted to know if anyone thought anything else. 
Oh, I didn’t mean for that to come across as harsh if it did! Just wanted to make sure that I had the correct interpretation of the question.
