PV - Exactly. His age can be seen in the way he acts in comparison to Remy.
I’ve got two younger siblings so I know the drill – they look up to you and follow you everywhere; they also do things that you don’t want them to do, even though they know it’s wrong…
[spoil]Take, for example, the moment in the film where Emile brings his “buddies” to Gusteau’s! restaurant for a bite to eat, even after Remy warned him not to.[/spoil]
The last two factors can get kind of annoying after a while.
As for rat ages, I would have to agree with Mitch and her predictions. I have never really considered their ages until now. I will say that Mitch has the best guess.
Hey everyone, how old is Linguini? I caught in viewing the film today something about Linguini being in college or fresh out of college, I forget the line, I think Colette says it?
Also, how old do you have to be to drink in France? Linguini is obviously old enough to drink and serve wine. I don’t know about France, but I know here in America you have to be at least 21 to drink or serve alcohol.
Dash- Well, as far as I’m aware- a friend of mine goes to France a lot, and that’s what she said, but it might be worth checking up on Wiki or something to double check.
What I don’t get is, they say Remy’s older than Emile in the Disney magazine, yet the toy of Emile refers to him as ‘little brother’. I know, because that silly ultra-sensitive toy has said “He-hey, little brother!” about a bazillion times. @_@
Actually Remy’s size may be due to the fact he doesn’t gorge on garbage like most of his family. Probably why he’s more fit and fast and takes allot of what the film dishes out.
