I have a Thinkway woody who says ‘I’m sheriff woody’‘Hey Buzz, ever ride a horse?’ ‘Looks like we’ve got a unwanted visitor in town’ ‘Ohh Buzz your spaceships over here’ ‘Hey buzz, I mean Mr.Spaceranger’ ‘ooh Buzz you’ve got a lot to learn about being a cowboy’ ‘Look Buzz theres a alien’ then when not played with he says something about wanting to take a nap ‘see ya’

Sounds like one from a pair of talking dolls. Pretty sure those were originally made for the first film, but re-released for Toy Story 2 and on. Could be wrong. Got a picture of it? I assume he’s a full-sized doll.
