Unfortunately, I have no idea what he said.
Oh geez. Well, a while ago I used to be really interested in body language and would read up on it a lot, but it doesn’t take much to see that he is not happy at all, especially at the end with his rolled eyes and tense mouth.
My first guess is that he was saying “forest green”. Heheh. But upon review, a more fitting answer would be that he is saying “full screen” since he does not like that display format one bit.
That makes sense… I thought he was saying “of course we…” 
Haha. I had to watch it about ten times, and I still couldn’t tell

Nah, I cant tell. I watched it a couple times and I cant make it out.
I think that rachel just might be right in guessing that Brad Bird said “Full screen” there, especially when you take into account the dialogue spoken during the clip.
That was pretty hilarious, though.

Mr. Bird’s expression was priceless. But I, too, believe he was saying “Full screen”.
