I'd like to have a photo of Mary Character ...

Hello
I wanna know where I can find a photo of Mary character. Do you know it ? If you do, please post the photo here in this topic.
Thanks

PS : Please reply before Friday. It’s very important

I quickly checked the clips released, but it seems that none of those features Mary. Sorry…

she had the same voice as Sally

Actually, Mary is voiced by Kathy Najimy, not Bonnie Hunt. It took me a second viewing of the film to realize that. Heheh.

I’m suspicious as to where these screenshots keep coming from, however.

really wow it sounded so like sally.

i’ll have to get that next time i see it.

I thought that she was voiced by an employee at Pixar whose name was Mary. BUt it did sound like Bonnie Hunt, sorta.

Midgarddragon: May I ask where you got the screenshot of her?

the voice of the Pixar employer is the EVE’s one, Elissa Knight, an assistant producer.

I think it’s an original painting based on the memories he had of the film

LOL

RIGHT

PV, TSS: I recognize the quality of that footage. The site that hosts this footage gets it removed often, but it only takes a few days for a new feed to arise. Not much can be done at this point since it’s downloadable.

I wouldn’t want to start an argument about piracy because i can’t speak english very well. But:

  1. I think that Ratatooee1 won’t use that image because of the low quality
  2. what’s the problem with that image? We all know it’s “illegal”, but we all know that it is online, so let’s not be hypocrites.

We are a community, we are here to share knowledge. In addition, we are all FANS, so if Disney is looking for some pirate to sue it should look for it somewhere else, because WE are the ones who spend a lot of money for any kind of (often overpriced) Disney stuff, and who go.to the theater five or six times to see their movies, and who are mocked because still watch cartoons, and who spend their lives yelling at people “SHREK IS NOT PIXAR”, and so on…

I know that this forum doesn’t want to be a place where to find a traffic of illegal material, but let’s not be “cops” ourselves, because we are not pirates.
“i wonder where that image is taken from”, “may i ask you where did you find that image?”… it looks like we are in a gangster movie…

I didn’t get that image from a video streaming site, and the site where the film came from doesn’t get content removed.

I think everyone should take a good read of this. Someone wanted an image, I was kind enough to oblige, whether they use it or not is their choice. I did not give them a link to download the film, or anything of the sort, so let’s not be so quick to judge. To be honest when I see comments like “where did you get that footage” or comments in my vid thread about the footage being used rather than the vids themselves, it just makes me think it’s not worth being on this site, and I’ve visited less and less since I joined for these types of reasons.

I also find it funny that fan videos, plenty of which have used pirated footage and I can tell you which of them that have, if they are posted by “regular” members, are not commented on re: the footage at all. You all have got the whole “insider: good, outsider: bad” mentality going, and are driving members away from the site with it. If you’re going to make this entire site “oh no that member posted a pic that isn’t a promo pic, burn 'im!” then you’re gonna lose members. The best way to combat piracy, if you are against it, is to not download and not upload. Doing the holier than thou schtick only annoys others and makes them more likely to continue. As for me, as much money as I’ve invested in WALL-E, I’m not gonna feel so tewwible woe is wittle ole me about downloading the film once to use for pics and fan vids. You can dislike it, but going on and on about it towards members isn’t gonna help any.

I think, it’s time to cut ties with this site. I don’t need the hassle of holier-than-thou people getting onto me every time I try to help. Adios, I hope this is a wake up call for your site.

I think you took comments too seriously, MidgardDragon. You may have been the one who posted the images, but nobody blamed you for supplying the images in the first place. And the reason we inquired about these is because no one should have access to the film until the release of the DVD. Bootlegging is illegal, and our site tries to avoid illegal matters. We hope our members respect that.

And might I add…

Back when we created Pixar Planet, we wanted to provide Pixar fans with everything a Pixar fan could ask for, and we have accomplished more than we ever imagined. By verbally upstaging Pixar Planet (the part I cut from your post), you are indeed implying a “holier-than-thou” attitude. Had you been around here almost 1 year ago, you would understand exactly why we are intolerant of such an attitude.
