Idea for Incredibles fan character

I created this character for The Incredibles when I was a teenager and looking back, I find him to be a bit of a Marty Stu and I kinda would like to update him.

Basically, he’s sort of a parody of Daredevil (yes, blind) and I had him become a love interest for Violet. What should I do to make him more interesting?

Oooh, another fan made character! I like. But my only tip is if you want to make a character more intriguing, you have to make him relatable to the audience. Make him have a conflict, a struggle, something that when we watch, we feel for him and therefore, become attracted and more interested in him
