One man show? I can’t remember that–but anyway…unlike Woody from TS, Lightning really had no emotional reason to be an arrogant jerk. Woody changed later on, but you can tell he changed. Lightning can still act like a jerk but put on a nice personality.

If he’s so fake would he even have moved to that town permantly? Why would a “fake” person fake likeing a town and staying there that long? Why would a fake person befriend a rusty Tow-truck? Why would a fake person help rebuild a town?
And if Lightning is as you say he “supposedly” is why would Sally be with him? She knows better than that…So no he’s not “putting on” anything… :neutral_face:

I believe the reason he was an arrogant jerk in the beginning was because of his lifestyle. There was no clear cut reason, it was just the fact that he was famous and could have whatever he wanted and was full of hot air.
