How Would You Fit in the Dimension of Pixar Films?
I wrote a random list like this in my bio, and thought maybe it would be fun to do it here. We can learn more about how others imagine themselves.
(I know there’s some threads that use the “if you were a…” concept, so I don’t know if this is considered as making another thread about the same thing. )
If you were a toy, what kind of toy would you like to be? How can being that kind of toy be enjoyable?
If you were a bug, what kind of bug would you be?
If you were a monster, how would you look like?
If you were a sea creature, what type would you be?
If you were a super, what superpower would you possess?
If you were a car, how would you picture yourself?
If you were a rat, what would you do to challenge yourself?
If you were a robot, what job would you like to do?
Nice idea, bright dot-dasher! I do believe that there are some similar threads like this, but not one that has all of the questions summed up like that for all the Pixar movies.
I think being something like RC would be pretty cool…I’ve always loved those electronic racing cars, since although they’re so small, they seem to go so fast.
I’d say butterfly, but then looking at Heimlich, I’m having second thoughts. So, I’ll go for being a ladybird, like Frances- they’re colourful and they can fly.
Being sort of reptillian would be pretty cool, but the idea of having wings is also appealing. And being able to breathe fire. So some sort of weird dragony type thing?
A manta ray, definitely. They’re just so graceful, and they’re not too fish-like which is sort of nice. They almost look out of place underwater, in some respects.
I’d say flight. Imagine how much money you could save, not having to buy aeroplane tickets!
I’d like to be something like a Mazda MX-5, small, relatively sporty but not too over the top. And I’d like to be a sort of turqiose colour.
I’m not really sure how to answer this question…I wouldn’t really like to be a rat in the first place. But perhaps being an artistic rat or something would be pretty cool?
I have to say, being autopilot of the Axiom does sound like a pretty cool job. Being in total control, all that organisation and telling people what to do sounds good to me!
I guess I would be an action figure. I would be a swordsman when you press a button on my back, you move my arm in a swinging up and down motion.
I would love to be a spider or a scorpion. Probably got my inspiation from Spider Man
I answered something like this in a thread in the Monsters Inc threads. BUt here is my response. I would be a monster with claws and red eyes that shoots lasers to scare the kids. Body type would be more along the lines of Waternoose’s, but the legs are bladed.
Probably a swordfish or a great white shark. I want to look and even be ferocious.
I would choose not to posses any powers. Rather, I would be a Super Hero Swordsman and let my swordplay do all of the talking for me.
This is an easy one for me. If I was a car, I would be the Incredibile.
Well, if I was a rat, the one thing that I would love to do that would challenge me is probably go to places I love to go. Obviously, people have a common negative opinion about rats.
Hmm, If I was a robot, I would be a Super Hero Robot, saving the lives of humans and other fellow bots.

Probably a Buzz Lightyear action figure. It’d be enjoyable because I could experience first hand what the Toy Story gang felt.

Well, for me, flight doens’t exactly mean I could fly away to different continents way up high. I sorta mean levitating with a forward motion, not too high, not too low, but I’d be fast. If not, I’d definitely like invisibility, that sounds fun. If I had that power, you know I’d be at Pixar right now!!

If I were a toy, I’d be a stuffed animal. I just have this thing with animals.
If I were a bug, I’d be a butterfly, or a moth. Spiders are cool, too, but I don’t think I can stand being as patient as one.
If I were a monster, I’d include scales, retractable claws, and a very long tail with a split end

icebergs as if it were a water slide looks like fun!
If I were a super, my powers would be to shiftshape. Then I could communicate with animals, and also be able to fly, climb, or sneak through small cracks, depending on what I become.
If I were a car, hmmm…I’m not sure, but I might look good as a porche.
If I were a rat, I’d like to try to play the keyboard with my entire body (it sounds crazy, I know). Then when I play the piano, I’d also be excersizing! And I’ve seen many cartoons and tv. shows using that idea of a rodent playing songs on the piano, and I always wondered if in real life a rodent had the guts, would it do it?
If I were a robot, I’d be a designer robot. I could come up with my own designs to decorate the area.
Some of these are though, so i’ll have to answer those later.
Probably a mosquito. I know it sounds evil, but at least i’m male.
Transmogrification (aka shapeshifting). You don’t know how useful that is. The only problem is deciding about clothes.
Ooh, 8’s a tough one. WALL•E’s job looks sort of interesting, since he can’t really smell, and he gets to collect cool stuff…and that song is so awesome! EVE’s job looks interesting, too, but it might be kinda tough and frustrating. M•O? Oh, M•O! I love that Mr…never mind. His job doesn’t look too bad. It’s better than WALL•E’s or EVE’s, i think. VAQ•M’s? No way. AUTO? Boring. I’d say…
Microbe Obliterator. I’m sort of a clean freak, but only if there’s no insects to kill on the AXIOM.

If you were a bug, what kind of bug would you be? A caterpillar just so I could transform into a beautiful butterfly.
If you were a monster, how would you look like? Hmmm, I’d like to be the gentle giant like Sully… Big with lots of fur so I appear intimidating, but really am the nicest monster you’ll ever meet.
If you were a sea creature, what type would you be? A sea turtle. I compare myself to a turtle every now in then based on the fact that I occasionally like to hide in my shell and be solitary for a bit.
If you were a super, what superpower would you possess? Invisibility. I like to hide out in the background anyway and get things done.
If you were a car, how would you picture yourself? Ummm… nothing too fancy. Just a good reliable car.
If you were a rat, what would you do to challenge yourself? The same thing I am doing now, animate! Unless I’m using little rat sized computers/ pencils and paper, that could be quite a challenge!
If you were a robot, what job would you like to do? Make the world a cleaner place for everyone.
