Lotso’s Nasty Evil Rules short? Is this true? If it is then that’d be awesome.

Seems interesting…I really wanna see either more flashback footage with young Andy or some more of them with Bonnie though
Well, I do like Lotso as a character but something that focuses on him being an evil villain, bwah ha ha, sort of thing is not my cup of tea as the appeal of Lotso, I think, is the fact that his evilness is such a surprise to both the toys and the audience. The fact that we get to experience his backstory means that anymore ‘Lotso is evil!’ propoganda doesn’t wash well with me.
Still, I’m curious as to exactly what it’s about, and it’s difficult to judge with just a title. Well done for spotting that, MIKE WAZOWSK-E.

I kind of hope this isn’t true. Like lizardgirl said, I don’t agree with portraying Lotso in that way. Even though towards the end he did start being evil for the heck of it or whatever, most of the time he was just doing what he felt was right in his corrupted mind, and enforcing his viewpoints of the world. I don’t really think of Lotso as some guy going around like, “yeah, I’m evil, deal with it”.
PS. What ever happened to that Dream Vacation short that the actors signed on for? Cars 2 short perhaps?
I hope it doesn’t mess with the tone of Lotso, because the name makes it out to be humorous. I mean, Lotso’s fate was a bit funny, but other than that, he was plain evil. Though, if it’s funny enough, I’ll let it slide. My hopes were for a short that deals with minor characters, like Andy’s donated toys.
Maybe it’s a short about Lotso’s gang rather than Lotso himself. They could all be complaining about Lotso’s policies or something…? At first I was thinking “MORE KENNN,” but he already has his own series of short promo videos.

I’m thinking there really may not be a new short film added on to the home release, which is very sad. Wouldn’t Pixar have included it in the list of special features?
As someone mentioned in the TS3 Blu-ray / DVD thread, I’m hoping this short (if real) is based around Twitch, Chunk, and Sparks who got very little screen time, perhaps finding themselves in funny situations while taking Lotso’s orders. It could also take place during the events of Toy Story 3 and perhaps end when they find Buzz while playing poker, similar to Burn-e or Dug’s Special Mission.
is there also audio comentary on the DVD? because it was on the special edition of Toy Story & Toy Story 2… i hope so!
It could be interesting, but as some stated before, it would be best if they portrayed the whole group in some funny situations rather than portraying Lotso as an evil bear, which would seem slightly out of character for me.
