Issues with linking to Wikipedia

I’ve had this problem at least three times, I think. When I’m trying to post a link to Wikipedia in the Movies - both new and old thread, it doesn’t link to the entire URL.

I ran into this again last night, here’s the example of what happened.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Don%27t_Be … (2011_film

See that? It doesn’t link to the 2011 film portion of the URL, so you’re not getting the full link, which causes problems because Wikipedia lists different versions of the same film.

Is there any way to fix this?

In the short term, people can just copy and paste the link and it comes up okay.

In the long term, well it seems as though it’s something to do with the brackets, so probably only Phileas can sort this out as it’s most likely some sort of coding thingamajiggy.
