Unfortunately, I have never seen any adult-sized Ratatouille apparel, apparent from the ones on the official Disney Store Online, which you can access here:
The largest size they have is, appropriately, a large – the perfect size for a 9-10 year old child or a very petite woman. As a base example, here is one of the shirts I am refering to:
You could also try Ebay, but other than that, I’m not sure where to find Ratatouille outfits in an adult-sized format.
