I was wondering, which one would look better for an Animation degree, a liberal arts college or an art school?
I’d say art school, but you should be picky, some are better than others. Scott Clark, Pixar’s supervising animator, recommended me to Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota Florida, then there’s the famous CalArts, and he also mentioned a place called animationmentor.com . I prefer hands-on stuff though, and having a professor there with you is much more effective in my opinion, but it’s worth a look, it looks to be really cool.
