Little Big Planet getting Incredibles and Jack Sparrow DLC

sackcast.com/2009/06/new-lbp-dlc/

I didn’t know where to put this since it a mix of both Pixar and regular Disney. And the fact it’s a non Disney “made” game.

Anyways, It looks cool to me. Now if only I had a PS3 and LBP :frowning:

But why would Disney pick “The Incredibles” as part of DLC for LBP? Hmm…

Whats your guys thought?

Oooh Score. =D I love that game. Haha It’s alot of fun. I’m going to want those packs. >___> Heh.

I think it looks cute, but can someone explain to me what is LittleBigPlanet?

It’s like Lego meets Spore meets The Sims meets Super Mario meets Katamari meets the upcoming Shane Acker film 9.

Wiki

Our hero, Sackboy. Isn’t he adorable?

On the topic, I can’t wait to get an out-of-shape Bob Parr (like he was in the beginning of the movie) to run through my obstacle course, haha! Jack Sparrow will probably breeze through it through his grog-induced stupor!

Hehe, that’s quite a combo. It’s neat to see Pixar films getting included in projects like this.

lol Whoa! Definite inclusion of the film, 9 in there little cute dolly!

Heheh, I own LittleBigPlanet, and it’s one of my favorite games for the PS3, and is easily one of the best on the PS3 to date (If anyone has a PS3, you’d be crazy not to play LBP).
The point of LBP is the ability to play, create and share.
When I say that, I mean you can play levels - all the levels packed on the disc, all your created levels, and all the user created levels uploaded to its online feature.
That’s where create comes in… You have the tools that the game developers used to make the game, and make literally ANYTHING. So it’s like a dream come true game for those who always wanted to create their own game levels.
Lastly share comes in when you could upload your creations for other people to play, and the ability to play co-op with people both online and offline.

Costumes is another big thing in LBP. There are hundreds of hundreds of costume pieces you can find in the game or buy via PSN, and it really gives you the ability to customize your own character to how you want him or her to look like.
The development team has licensed costumes too from other companies, including Disney. So I personally think it’s very cool that they’re releasing a Mr. Incredible outfit. I should buy it. :stuck_out_tongue:

Basically everything you see it creatable by the users.
