Just saw 3 at my local Target.
In toystoryfan1’s defense - the people at my Target(s) (all 3 of them) told me the same thing that there was an ordering issue and currently all Targets are Sold Out country wide.
$49.99 really? Is it a robot lotso with talking and walking capabilities??? For $50 it better has.
I saw ONE Lotso doll at my local Target, they also only had one TSC Woody. I was surprised to see how little TSC figures they had all of a sudden.
Lotso can talk and you can tickle him and he laughs, he also smells of strawberries. Sorry, no walking capabilities. 
Ha alright. I guess the smell of strawberries makes up for it.
