I was parusing the Pixar site the other day, more
specifiacally, their awards column, and I came across
which is entirely different from just the regular
“Luxo Jr.” since that is listed as well. My question is: why haven’t we seen them? And iif the answer
is “we have” then where?
I
think Luxo & Son were in a variety of smaller shorts (If that makes sense) after their 1986 premeire. But
for where and why, I’m not entirely sure, but I think they had a part in Seasame Street or something . . .

I thought I vaguely remembered
seeing them. When I recently saw Luxo Jr. from iTunes, I remember I could;ve sworn I had seen them in different
stuff before. But still, why hasn;t Pixar glorified these adventures as much as the original?

Mind you, I’m trusting my gut on this one, but you’ve been warned!
Since Luxo Jr. was such a big hit, and
the people at Pixar obviously liked the general idea, it’s quite plausible that they made other shorts featuring
the two, though they were probably never widely released.
Again, these were just little segments that played in Sesame Street a long
while ago.
Well so far, You Tube has yeilded
no promising results other than a plethora of spinn-offs. (some not really recomended for children…)
Yes!! I was right!! And trust me, I can’t REMEMBER where I read that they
were on Sesame Street!!
Yup, I read this also, and I do have a little tool known
as Limewire LOL. Although it is illegal it’s worth it to find the sesame street shorts.
