A new featurette called ‘Meet the Characters’ has been added to the movies section at disney.com. In this clip a selection of the characters are presented.

How cool are those sound effects? That clip proves that Ben Burtt is god.
I like the inside shots of the Axion and the skinny, live action people walking around it. This advertising campaign reminds me of Finding Nemo and The Incredibles’ fishy facts and superhero profiles segments they showed on the Disney channel.
I love the set-up of the video in general – it has both the look and feel of your standard commercial, except in a futuristic format.
As for the characters: They’re quite charming, as well. I think that MO is quickly becoming one of my favorite characters. And, as always, Ben Burtt has nailed down the sound effects once again – the voice of that AUTO bot freaked me out; bad memories came back… (snigger)

Loving M-O even more everytime he says his own name. EVE seems to be a horticulturalist - didn’t notice that before. Those jumpsuits the humans are wearing are just plain wrong!

I love the VAQ-M voice. The part with the skinny humans cracks me up. All their actions are very cheesy, which is what to expect in a commercial from a corporate giant.
