Cornelius…Ha. I love that name.
Cornelius.
Cornelius!
Cor…Nel…Ius!
Corne…Lius!
Lius?
HEY!
Cornelius…Ha. I love that name.
Cornelius.
Cornelius!
Cor…Nel…Ius!
Corne…Lius!
Lius?
HEY!
Meg - Heheh – you’re funny. ![]()
Come
to think of it, I love that name, too! I like how Wilber says that his dad looks like Tom Selleck…
(snigger)
If I ever get another hermit crab, I’m naming it
Cornelius. Because that’s just the best name for a hermit crab ever.
Anyway, I figured out the big twist
the other night. I didn’t want to but I did anyway (no, I did not look up any spoilers.) Anyone else got
it?
Nope. I’m doing my best not to spoil anything for myself. It kills me to pass up the
MTR books at Target, but it’ll be worth it.

I’m curious about Disney Digital 3D. I’ve never
been to a 3D film at my local theater. How does it look? What kind of glasses do you put on? Does it hurt your
eyes? Why did they decide to go for 3D instead of keeping it 2D and having the focus be more on
story?
Meet The Robinsons sounds like a great concept. I might give it a try. I boycotted Chicken Little
two years ago…and I had a good reason to! But I think Meet The Robinsons looks promising.
Here’s Wiki’s article on it:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disney_Digital_3-D
Essentially, the system’s more like a really advanced version
of what they use in the parks and gives more of an effect that the images are actually outside the screen and
actually there. So it enhances the movie rather than the movie doing any cheap 3-D Tricks (as the Muppets would
put it)
It’s coming, It’s coming!!! I can’t wait!!! ![]()
Only have to wait another week. The suspense is killing me. (laugh)
I’m psyched too, dude! ![]()
Something came in the mail today about getting the
soundtrack from Disney Rewards Visa Card. The brochure is a nice collectible, but I’m purchasing the soundtrack
somewhere else. I worry about things cracking on the way to my mailbox.

Heheh – well…my dad works for Disney
Studios, right? Sooo…he got a little thing that allows fellow artists/animators to view the thing a day early
(or at midnight on March 30).
Maybe I should give it to you guys, Bill and
PV. I haven’t thrown the thing in the trash yet, but…
![]()
Yep – just a few more
days until we can see Ratatouille on the big screen! And Meet the
Robinsons too, of course. ![]()
Oooooo, what is this
“thing”, Mitch? ![]()
~~=oP
PV - It’s a little pamphlet (advertising Meet the
Robinsons) that was handed out to Disney employees, inviting them to come and see the film a day
before its release (and therefore allowing them to see the movie before the rest of the public does).
Admission/Payment is still required though (which sucks), but I guess that makes sense…considering that the
special screening will take place in the El Capitan Theater*. ![]()
*The
El Capitan Theater is a large, stadium-seated cinema located in Hollywood which
hosts/plays various Disney/Pixar films when they are released. I imagine that
Ratatouille will also play there. (And who do you think is gonna spend $10 bucks a
person to see it?
)
Mitch - So your not going because your saving for
Ratatouille?
I’d kill for something like that! ![]()
Gasduude - Haha! I know.
I’m so mad at myself. If I did go…then I’d be one of the first ones to see the
Ratatouille trailer on the big screen! Then again, I do need to save my money for
the Star Wars: Celebration IV convention and the
Ratatouille film itself. Heheh. ![]()
Oh, cool!
Another Star Wars fan!
Great minds think alike! (laughs) ![]()
Gasduude - Haha – yep, I’m a big Star
Wars geek. ![]()
Just 2 days left until
Meet the Robinsons hits the U.S. theaters! I’m actually quite excited to see this
film now, and it’s not just because of the new Ratatouille trailer (which we’ll
finally get to see on the big screen); the animation is awesome, as always, and there are a few exclusive clips
for viewing (on the Disney and Meet the Robinsons websites) that are actually kinda
funny.
And speaking of Meet the Robinsons: You know that Disney XD thing on
the main Disney website? Well, I’m mentioned in the log/news box on the main Disney XD page. Not to brag or
anything, but if you watch the texts scroll by a while, you might see a headline/sentence that says this:
We see a bright future ahead for “Remy” who met the challenge of the Meet the
Robinsons Trivia Challenge with 450 points!
Ah gee… ![]()
Mitch - Cool! Yeah, I’m ptetty big into Star Wars too… ![]()
Heehee - Your mentioned!? That’s awesome! Congrats! ![]()
Oh, and I’m glad your name is
Remy… you gotta spread the word for June 29th!
(Heehee) ![]()
Gasduude -
Haha –
thanks! Yeah, it was pretty wack. I saw my name there and I went, “Woah. What?”. (snigger)
I
was originally going to go with the screen name Mitch (obviously), but then I
decided to pick “Remy” and was pleased when I found out that it wasn’t taken. Yep – spread the word!
I’m countin’ down the minutes until Meet the Robinsons. I haven’t even
seen the thing yet and I already think that Wilbur is my favorite character; we both share the same last name,
for one thing. ![]()
May the Force…be with you. ![]()
And with you…Master Mitch.
![]()
But back on topic…
Well, I’m
trying to see it this weekend. I’ll give you a review if I do.
(heehee) Thanks Bill – I can’t
wait! ![]()
You see, I can’t really see it because it’s still Lent…
Sucks! ![]()
