Mm…I assume that she
did, for a time. It may have been a very shallow love, one that quickly ended after Syndrome showed his
“true” feelings for Mirage.
I think they were just partners who were
really close. BUt I think what attracted Mirage to him was his money.
TSS – Nah. Just hooked up with him for the money or the prestige or something…I
doubt she actually loved him.
You know, you could be right. Syndrome was probably most
likely to use her as a pawn or a worker instead of a lover. She did not reveal any emotions for him what so
ever.

I always thought that there was a little something there…If there wasn’t, then would Mirage have reacted so
personally when Syndrome was happy to risk her life? If it was all business, then Mirage would have realised that
Sydrome knew what he was doing- he knew that Bob would never harm someone else unnecessarily, even if they were
on the bad side, so to speak.
Mirage seemed genuinely hurt by what Syndrome had done in a personal way. I
think Mirage went with Syndrome for the cash and lifestyle at first, (and there’s also the possibility that
Syndrome tried to convince her in a roundabout way that he was actually one of the ‘good guys’) but then ended
up falling for him a little. He probably only ever viewed her as his trophy girl, though, and this was shown when
he’s happy for her life to be endangered.
Okay, next question. What do you think is Mirage’s
nationality? We all know she was voiced by Elizabeth Pena, which has a Spanish tone if I am not mistaken. But
what do you guys think?
Kinda hard to make out. I’m not sure, but I’m gonna shoot for Brazilian. Heck, maybe she’s
a Nemodian Island native!
