That whole “conductor” thing had me laughing. It’s so funny how Pixar thinks up these little things for Remy to do when he’s cooking. If you watch that particular scene again (in the Cooking 101 behind-the-scenes clip, I believe) you’ll see that Remy is almost “conducting” the aroma of soup emitting itself from the pot. Just adorable.

Gasduude - Hmm… Well, I use several different fonts for certain signatures/avatars, so I can’t really remember the names of them all off of the top of my head. However, I do recall that the text I used in the “I love Remy” signature goes by the name of “Gigi”. Since it’s French, I thought it was appropriate. (snigger)
If I remember the names of the other fonts, I’ll let you know.
