If he runs, would you vote for Mitt Romney in 2012?

I support it! I wanted him 2 be president when he was in the primaries. If John McCain loses, I’d vote for Romney in 2012!!!

(Note: his dropping out was something I remembered in recent days and how devastated I was when the only real conservative was out. John McCain is not conservative and that’s really the main reason I switched to Obama. He’s not really even that democratic, so I’d rather see him be president than someone who tries to fake conservatism. H’ll be a nice change until we wait for what’s on the bright, bright horizon: MITT ROMNEY!!! Republicans for Obama!)

Romney would be okay for me…but i’d prefer someone with more respect and less flip-flopping. (he somewhat reminds me of Obama)

How did you get to Support Romney and yet you want Obama president?? They are like opposites??

But yes if Romney was for 2012 i would go for him…maybe you should change your thread name to “Candidate ? 2012”…to lead up to the next election.

If the poll was for Mike Huckabee, I’d say yes. :wink: But not for Mitt Romney.

From what i’ve heard about Mike i’m afraid to say he would be easily defeated…he has some hidden issues that have never risen.

I would love for Huckabee to try but the chance of him winning is to small. Romney might have a better shot although he is Mormon which brings up philosophical issues. All in all Palin is the average of those two guys…

Uhhh, all of the issues that he faced were clearly discussed by Mike himself. And out of all the Republican candidates, he placed 2nd. 2nd. McCain and Obama have many more skeletons in their closet than Mike may have. I think he has a great chance. That is, if he runs again.

Not that…his sermons. He did one really bad sermon that the “media would” compare too Rev. Wright.

Yes, definitely. The whole Mormon thing to me isn’t even an issue. He’s against same-sex marriage, so how could he ever be one of those creeper Mormons?

The reason I want Obama is because I don’t think Palin would be a good president and I think it’s more likely that McCain dies in office than Obama gets assassinated. Sorry if that offends anyone, it’s just opart of my argument. Obama would make a great transition for Romeny.

To me its not a problem because that issue is causing health concerns and family problems…just the way he spoke of them at the pulpit makes it hard to think he’ll get far in a presidential race

A link to the sermon or a source would be good. I followed him in the news for 3/4ths of a year, and never heard of a sermon like that.
