Hey there,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I’m not sure if Mods are able to do site troubleshooting (that involves coding) but you can perhaps PM Phileas or any of the Admins about it.

Have you sent a PM to Phileas, Dash, or any of the Admins? They tend to log in infrequently compared to the Mods, but they have greater administrative powers and are able to fix the HTML coding.

Give it about a week, and if none of them reply, you may set up a new thread, and we’ll lock the old one.

bump. Has anyone contacted the above mentioned poeple? Also if the mods can’t fix it then I think they should be in contact with whomever can, and get this resolved.

On behalf of the Admins, I apologise for the delay. It must worry you that none of the Admins seems to be available at the moment. I personally don’t have any of the Admins’ contact, so try asking some of the other Mods.

This is a fan forum run by volunteers, so the administrators and moderators may have other commitments in real-life and don’t log-in every day, or are able to fix all problems. We will try to the best of our ability, and once again, we apologise for any inconvenience and seek your patience and understanding.

If this is urgent, you can set up a new thread and we’ll lock the old one. Otherwise, give it four more days and try contacting the Admins again.

I hit the “report post” button and asked a mod to read this thread and correct the Thinkway Toys thread. Hope it works!
