Anyone watch that show? Its great. Yesterday they premiered the 1st episode of the 8th,and final season of Monk.I’m upset its ending,but its been around for nearly a decade.So I hope Season 8 will be good!
Oh yes, big fan. Me and a friend catch the new episodes every friday and find it great that they run Monk marathons on Sundays.
Honestly hope they get to Monk solving his wife’s murder in this season, especially if anything about “the Judge” comes up.
I read an interview with the creators saying that Monk will solve Trudy’s murder in the final episode.
I’ve always wanted to watch this (only watched sporadic episodes of it). Used to suffer from compulsive behaviour in my childhood, and I love detective shows, so this holds great appeal to me.

I love Monk, its the only show I actually look forward to watching each week (well that and 30 Rock). Monk is such an amazing heroic character, even though he’s pretty much afraid of everything. I find a lot of similarities between him and M-O, both have an OCD Complex and it is hilarious to watch them deal with it. Can’t wait to see what happened to Trudy!
I am REALLY picky on what live action I watch and I really like this show. It’s nice to have an intelligent and witty mystery series that doesn’t feel the need to be chock full of garbage in an effort to seem “mature.” Plus, OCD and aspergers share a lot of characteristics, so I can really relate to the protagonist in ways. Plus, Randy Newman sings one of the best theme songs ever. xD
I just saw the finale. I will spoil nothing, but i was awesome.

Man, I really loved this show. I feel kinda bad, now that it’s over, but it was still an amazing run. Not every show gets to be around for 8 seasons.
Now that it’s over, I’m gonna have to go buy the box sets. Oh, and watch Psych. That show is also pretty good IMHO.

Actually really good. Shawn solves a planned robbery and tries to stop it and ends up getting held prisoner. The whole episode was about him trying to escape and his co-workers finding him. As listed on IMDB:
Anyway, ya. Not as great, but definitely has a lot of personality and heart.
Anyway,I hated the new season (Season 4) of Psych. But I loved Season 3!
Anyway back to topic.
