OK, y’all may hate me for this…I wrote a fic. About Discord taking a special liking to Twilight.
Its not really a shipping fic, and I showed it to a friend before I posted it to be sure it wasn’t too creepy. But y’all still might find it a tad weird.
I’m so excited for the new episode this week! Although, the Luna/Halloween one the week after is going to be even more awesome. Then there’s a week break and the show gets pushed back an hour so I’ll have to stream it at midnight rather than 11pm, but it will be worth it for the Sweetie Belle episode!
Yay for holiday episodes!! 
Can’t wait to see the show back on Saturday!

It’s on Saturday mornings too, but I’d just watch the English HD ones on YouTube. Higher quality + no stupid Dutch dubs.

Just read it! Pretty interesting. Didn’t exactly come off as necessarily ‘shippy’ but it had that vague sense where a fic can be taken as platonic or not- which is just how I like it. And it did indeed seem in character for Discord.
Personally in terms of Discord ships, I ship Discord/Celestia in any case.

Today I bought a $10 Pinkie Pie figurine for the sole purpose to make “Cupcakes” cupcakes and take photos of the progress with my little Pinkamena.
I regret nothing.

Oh good! I’m glad you liked it. I kind of wish now I had made it longer, but too late, I guess. 
OH MY GOD today’s episode was AWESOME. Any shred of doubt I had about Lauren Faust leaving and what it might do to the show has been blown away.
It was terrific. I really liked it when [spoil]the red boy pony wanted the doll so badly[/spoil].
Yes! I loved the new episode, it was really funny.
It was a good episode! Yes I kept laughing whenever Big Mac said “NOPE”. Kinda funny to watch Twilight lose her marbles like Pinkie in Party For One.
I think many a university student could relate to twilight in this episode, even though her faces were pretty funny. Heh.
Maybe not on the being ‘so organised’ part to the pointy of insanity but really the whole missed deadlines thing? I actually did it once with an assignment in my Bachelor’s and also there was one assignment I had difficulty getting even starting or verbalising why I was having problems with it and getting help. Horror knows no bounds. As well as the disappointment which can occur. The stress education can bring you can be terrible, even when you like the subject.
I’d honestly rather face down a life or death situation than fail my degree (still have to get the overall mark on my finished masters!). It’s really that bad in my case. And I actually put this idea forward to other students in my masters, AND I’M HARDLY THE ONLY ONE WHO THINKS LIKE THIS. 
[spoil]While I obviously don’t approve of mind warping powers unless strictly necessary (too… creepy. I kind of eventually as I got older had this problem with Harry Potter at points, like love potions which squick me the heck out like nobody’s business.)[/spoil] I could actually really feel the desperation twilight had stupid as it sounds. And yeah her friends reactions are like some of the friends I had who didn’t go further in education or went in later than me and were in their first years at the time (where they only had to barely pass in the UK unlike later years which count more). They didn’t get why I was so wound up. It was infuriating to be in that position. I wanted to scream at them.
I know I’m lucky in the sense I was able to pursue that level of education (not everyone can for whatever reason, usually in terms of time or money), but I’m kind of happy that (after the paper I’m doing) I plan not to go to university for a long time again if at all apart from perhaps the odd small time course- nothing on the same level I’ve done so far. I enjoy learning things but on another level it’d probably make you age faster if for instance I was insane and decided to go for a pHd.
Well the woman who wrote the episode also did Party of One and some of the best episodes from season 1, so if anyone else saw similarities between Twilight’s freakout and Pinkie’s, that’s why.

Whoops, I probably shouldn’t have read that spoiler for the 6th one! (Don’t worry, that was my fault.) I bet these new episodes are gonna be really good, I’m pleased with this season so far.
I’m not entirely sure how [spoil]Applebloom’s cutie mark[/spoil] will work out… will she [spoil]just get the one which changes a dozen times[/spoil] or will she [spoil]get one and then a bunch more on other parts of her body?[/spoil]
