My Friend and I grin. Mission=accomplished.
I was in McDonalds today and most of my friends kind of know about the show but haven’t watched it. Anyway, one friend for some reason decided to let another friend draw something on his face and he was asking what he should draw. ANOTHER one of my friends said "Derpy Hooves!", and the McDonalds worker who was cleaning a table behind us dropped her squirty bottle, raced over to our table and started chatting with us about the ponies.
Mmmmm. It seems I’ve broken out of my fanfic dry period.
I’ve pretty much got a rough draft of a first chapter finished. the story would mostly involve Twilight, Pinkie and Discord.
But given my track record with multichapter fics I should probably work through it more (maybe even… finish it?) before posting any of it. If I have the patience. lol.

On a random topic guys, what species of Pony would you rather be if you could be one? (Except Alicorn though guys, no cheating). I guess Earth Ponies, while stronger physically wouldn’t be chosen by most people. (Poor Earth Ponies 
)
Personally I’m stuck between Pegasus and Unicorn because of the practicality aspect verses pleasure. I’d love to be able to fly but if I was a pony I don’t think I could use my mouth very well to say write things (and using hooves wouldn’t be possible) which would quite possibly drive me crazy.
I guess Unicorn so I wouldn’t go insane though I would constantly look enviously into the sky as Pegasi soared through the air and I seriously contemplated getting wings like Rarity’s despite the complications and risk.
What are your thoughts guys?

likewise, people on eBay pay like 100 bucks for a custom Derpy figure… I think I might just customize one or two Derpys to earn a quick buck!

A lifesize Rainbow Dash plushie sold for (I think) $4000.
Plushies and screen-accurate brushables seem to be the big sellers. The average 12-inch plushie sells for well over $100 and I saw a Rarity brushable with a sculpted mane sell for $150.
If I was any good at sewing or using sculpy I’d be making ponies like there was no tomorrow.

Okay I finally saw the first two episodes of season two, they’re great fun to watch and Discord is hilarious.

Bah! Rarity X Dumb Giant Rock Full of Gems is a better OTP. He/She/It helped her get her cutie mark! A rock which is beautiful on the inside rather than a rock which fools you into thinking its beautiful when its really only an illusion.
^That is quite true. We must assign said rock a name.
The Monsters, Inc. score worked PERFECTLY for that. 
[spoiler]I know right?! I had the bad idea of watching it just before I went to work and was far too embarrassed to say why my eyes were red.
It’s definitely great art and a great music choice though. And makes me crave Spike and Twilight friendship stuff.[/spoiler]
