I’m surprised how many mash ups this show has online.
Anyway, I just saw "The Show Stoppers"last night. I loved it!! The Cutie Mark Crusaders are so cute! It was a little hard to watch with Apple Jack being the major adult pony in this episode, but I loved it anyway.
^ I’ve been hanging out on Ponychan a bit more, but only because of the lack of haters. I’ll probably move to 4Chan once Korra airs this summer. While I’m at it, Ponychan is awesome: last night I just watched a live stream with fifty other members of a guy baking a set of cupcakes all designed after ponies form the show. It was so cool!
Today is Pony Day! I’m going to be thinking about this show all day.
Coincidentally I’ve been livestreaming that drawing I mentioned earlier yesterday. But I only had like 10 viewers at most…
Should I mention the next time I’m streaming something pony-related here? Or are you guys like /care…
Also, a dedicated forum to MLP: Ponygoons. It’s a derail from the threads on Something Awful that got gassed, so said ‘goons’ just made their own forum, independent of SA, to talk about ponies. mlponies.com .
I guess I’ll post it on Ponychan too the next time I’m gonna Livestream.
Get home early
Read awesome thread about a man who was inspired by the show to stand up to his abusive father

Best. Day. Ever.
(And what a lucky dude, although he deserves it for the wonderfully brave thing he did).
Your blog looks interesting but it is not at all relevant to this thread nor is it relevant to any sub-conversation happening on this thread.
Please don’t make a habit of this or add links for no reason in the future to threads- advertise in a more relevant area please.
Edit: Just checked your posts. You seem to have a habit of doing this (just randomly posting a link to your blog in a thread even if it’s not relevant to the topic at all): please don’t, it is spamming.
I own the-name-of-the-show dot com. For some reason, it hasn’t earned me popularity on the /co/ OR /b/ threads. So right now it redirects to Ponychan (which I wouldn’t recommend visiting if you’re not 18+ insane), the sadly unpopular part of the fandom. I’m still trying to think of something neat to do with the domain.
Forgiveness in sometimes too hard in some cases and it shouldn’t be demanded of the victims. Forgiveness in of itself is when you’ve done wrong but it is not something which can be demanded of a victim, because it’s the abuser who is in fault and the victim (or person wronged) technically owes nothing to them.
Sometimes forgiveness is necessary in life, but sometimes there are things which are too hard to forgive. It depends on the people involved, the wrong committed and the situation. But forgiveness isn’t something people should necessarily expect for such things. And even the forgiveness of itself isn’t something the victim necessarily has control over anyway. If he can’t forgive he can’t forgive and this definitly sounds like one of those things which can’t be forgiven- there’s no excuse for this abuse not to mention how long it went on for.
It sounds really hard what this guy went through and I wish him the best of luck.
Opinions on the latest episode? I have to admit the dogs voices grated on my nerves too much (and they called Rarity annoying? ) But the Spike and Rarity moments were overall pretty amusing and the best parts of it.
Still I’m a bit miffed at the random insertion of Twilight suddenly knowing the spell Rarity happened to show her, could have been better if that had happened in an earlier episode to boot.
Overall entertaining but I feel it was lacking something else. Still it was better than the last episode I feel (I don’t hate the cutie mark crusaders at all and actually really like Apple Bloom, I just prefer episodes which focus on one or all of the main 6 and Spike if they’re in an episode rather than entirely focus on the cmc’s themselves).
^ I can see why mentalguru would be a bit annoyed by Twilight’s knick-of-time magic skills, but personally I’m still confused as to what these Diamond Dogs are. Applejack has a dog who is normal size, doesn’t talk, and acts like a normal dog. these guys are larger than the ponies themselves and talk.
Even still, this is one of my favorite episodes so far. It’s absolutely loaded with scenes that could be trimmed down, and potential scenes that could improve the episode in their place. However, the scenes that were enjoyable were some of the best in the series.
Then again, I may just be overreacting because the last episode was: Show Stoppers.
Every Rarity episode will be an instant classic by default -Not because Rarity is the best pony, or my favorite, but just because great scenes and jokes always accompany her.
Also, Spike’s dream = laughing uncontrollably for 3 straight minutes.
Yeah I almost forgot about the dogs briefly after I watched it, but it was actually my first thought when I saw them first speak to Rarity. Classic Furry Confusion I suppose:
But yeah Show Stoppers… wasn’t that good. Thankfully I think the next episode to mention the cmc’s will just involve flashbacks of the main 6 as they state how they got their cutie marks. The cmc’s are cute and all but I don’t think they’re really interesting enough to carry off almost an entire episode themselves. Aple Bloom is mostly best when she’s bouncing off the main 6 (and generally best when it’s either Apple Jack or Twilight in that order). Or Fluttershy after her episode with the cmcs.
Eh, the Show Stoppers was a little annoying. But it was cute, and okay. I have a comment. I have a Scootaloo toy from the new series, and she has a cutie mark! What’s with that?!?!
