I am currently writing a FanFic about Monsters Inc, it takes place two years after the film.

Its how I think the sequel should be, If you saw my post were I gave my idea for a MI2 plot, then you already have an idea of what this is about. lol

I’m trying to get more reviews and comments on it, but its not doing so well.

I was going to inform you of this myself but…you were new.
Anyways as for deletion, look near the top of the topic. Since you created it there should be a delete button somewhere. If not, you can ask one of the mods.

No, the mods have to do it. You can only delete any post, even a thread, if no one has posted there since.
