I was wondering, how did Lightning fix the neon?? He couldn’t have possibly called for help without someone noticing. Did he used to be an electrician? Maybe that’s why his name is Lightning…
Hmm, good question. Could it be the case that it wasn’t broken in the first place, just a bit ‘rusty’ after years of no use, and so just had to be switched back on and readjusted in some way to get it working again? That, or as you said K9Girl, he could have secretly called someone in to fix the problem.
Haha yeah, I also wondered how the heck he could’ve fixed the neon every time I watch that scene. I guess it’s just one of those “suspension of disbelief” things and we’re just not supposed to question it that much. Or maybe Lightning knows like ancient mystical sorcery, or black magic! That’s it, of course! Mark my words, it’s obviously going to be revealed in Cars 2.
