New Administrator!

Hey everyone!

Just wanted to let you know about a couple of changes. As you know times are hectic and people are busy and the upkeep of this forum (let alone the site) is an almost 24/7/365 job. And frankly neither I or the other members of the Brain Trust have that kind of time to put in on it. Therefor I am announcing the promotion of one of our most persistent and dedicated members, PixarVixen to the role of Administrator and Moderator in Chief (MiC) over the forum. Now, that’s not to say the rest of us are leaving or anything as we’ll still be very active but PV is going to make this her top priority so the rest of us can focus on other site projects. And believe me, we have plenty in store, some just waiting to be announced. But with PV being in charge around here that means things will generally get done faster and more efficiently for everybody’s pleasure. I trust you will all listen to her and follow her instructions respectively. In the meantime, enjoy the board and get ready for some new and exciting features to be opening up at Pixar Planet! =D

I was originally

considered as a possible new co-host for Radio Pixar, but there were Skype complications beyond my control. Oh

well. I’m super psyched about my new title. :mrgreen:

I only have 2 things to say at the

moment:

1. I’m going to be a bit stricter with spamming than I was before.

I’ll come around to tap you on the shoulder if it occurs, but if things get out of hand, I can and will put an

end to it. Nothing has gotten out of hand so far, and I hope nothing ever

does.

2. It’s my observation that there is more activity is in the Off-Topic

section of the forums than there should be. That section exists for the occasional

post on the subject of something off-topic. I’m encouraging more Pixar-related discussion.

I want

everybody here to have fun and I look forward to what the rest of the Pixar Planet team has in store for us!

Great news, Dash, and well done PixarVixen! The forum is definitely in great hands, and things can only get

better from here (and since things are already great anyway, then the sky really is the limit!) :smiley: Once again, a
