That’s right! You read that correctly. Boom Studios comics will be making a brand new comic book mini series based on The Incredibles.

This not just another adaptation of the movie, this is a brand new story. It’s being written by comic book writer Mark Waid, who’s written some of the greatest superhero comics ever for both Marvel and DC Comics. Flash, Justice League, Legion of Superheroes, X-Men, Captain America, The Avengers, Green Lantern, Fantastic Four, Superman, Batman, but his greatest work was Kingdom Come.

The guy knows Superheroes.

I knew about it, and I think most people here did too. I didn’t know the full title of the comic though.

OK so why is this not a bigger deal here? I mean this is HUGE!!! for us Incredibles fans.

I came here and did not see a topic about it and was shocked. Am I the only one that is really excited about this? I expected the forum to be booming with talk about this.

I think there’s a thread in the general Pixar movies section about all of the Boom studio comics being released.

They’ve made a bigger deal of it in that one.
