Well, I’m not really sure how to translate it. Basically, it’s an expression which means “Coming through”. Sometimes it’s used by waiters in restaurants.

Yeah almost, or we can tranlaste it as “It’s hot” or something like that…

There is a saying in English language sometimes used in restaurants: “Hot stuff, coming through”. Maybe that would be a better translation?
