Does anyone think their will be a new Trailer
for “Ratatouille” on the “Cars” DVD. I do, mabye a behind the scenes sneak peek trailer.
Hopefully, but I won’t be too surprised if
it’s the same trailer we’ve all seen…
It’s too soon for a new trailer. Whenever a Pixar
movie is released on DVD, the preview for their next one is always the teaser trailer, but this is an exception
with the releases of the Toy Story and Toy Story 2 special edition DVDs.

I could almost be 100% certain
that it WILL be the teaser trailer on the DVD. Unfortunately for some reason, Australia misses out on the teaser
trailers on DVD except for the Monsters Inc DVD which has the nemo teaser. My Toy Story 10th anniversary edition
didnt have a cars preview neither did my toy story 2, 2 disc edition. Incredibles and Cars missed out on teasers.
I dont see why we get less.
That’s not fair, dude. Every DVD should have the same

Yeah, I agree with everyone else
on this…on that it most likely will be just the teaser trailer…unfortunately.
However, they might also have a behind-the-scenes look at the film, since they had one along with the
Cars trailer on the Toy Story 2 dvd. 
Then again, who knows what Pixar
will pull up its sleeve? Maybe they’ll surprise us…?

Does anyone remember when the first theatrical
trailer for Cars came out? Maybe that could give us an indication as to when the
theatrical trailer for Ratatouille will be released.
Well the first
real clips of Cars besides the teaser started with a 45 second spot on Thanksgiving at the end of november, then
the trailer came out not much longer after in early december i believe.
No,I’m also
almost 100 % sure, they won’t attach a new trailer to the Cars DVD.
But something else makes me feel 
. In Germany and Austria they didn’t show the Ratatouille Teaser with Cars! I don’t know why. Why do they wanna
wait, until they let the people see it in German?
That’s strange…I can’t think of any reason as
to why they’re doing that.
Maybe they just hate rats… 
But yeah, that’s not fair. I would have
thought that Pixar would make it a rule for worldwide theaters to show the
Ratatouille trailer. Perhaps certain countries just haven’t received the teaser
yet?
In France, some theaters showed the
Ratatouille teaser with Cars, some others others
didn’t. I think it’s not about receiving the teaser or not, but maybe it’s because it would take the place of
some commercials. So, it would be more about money. Just speculations 
I even read that some theaters
didn’t show One Man Band, and that’s not just unfair anymore, it’s like robbery
The theater where I went showed the short, but not the teaser 
ps : on a more
light-hearted note, last week, I was in Paris, in the subway, and I saw a rat on the railroad track. So, it was
my own teaser 
It all comes down to money, doesn’t it?

cool! Now I’m really jealous… (I used to have nine rats – eight at one time. Ever since my last one passed
away, I’ve been begging my mom to let me get another one. I still go to Petco just so I can catch a glimpse of
the rats.)
Gotta remember - the Ratatouille trailer was
ATTACHED to the film so they had to show it if it was included. I’d say that most likely for Germany and
Austria they hadn’t completed the dubbing into German to attach it while in France they may have been just
testing it in a few areas to see how well they received the film being set in France.

haven’t seen 1 man band…or maybe I have but I didn’t take notice that it was called 1 man band…
Does

cuz all my other DVDs just had teaser trailers…

speculation. I wonder if the French favor(ed) the trailer? (I’m sure they lov(ed) it…)

Yes Everyone I know who saw the trailer liked or loved it, and people seem very
enthusiasts about the movie.
The only thing that scares them is the way Pixar’s gonna represent France.
So, they’re scared of the usual clich? of the French : the little man with a black mustache, a bottle of wine in
a basket, a loaf of bread under the arm and a beret on the head, listening to some accordion music 
It’s the only thing that would upset the French (including me, but I’m sure Pixar won’t make things
this way )
