Cars 2’s soundtrack has been released on CD… What chance could there be that TS3 and Up will get CDs?
I don’t think TS3 or Up will get a physical release, sadly.
But Cars 2 has a physical CD? (I haven’t seen the news about it) That’s neat! They’re going back

Yeah. I wish there was some way to get Disney to listen and release Up and TS3 on CD. Now there’s an annoying gap.
Also, sorry if this seems out of place, I meant to put it here as kind of a “do you think Pixar will physically release TS3/Up thread”.
I don’t think it will. I think it’s because of the Cars media.

I mean all the stuff they have. Toys, books, posters, cups, plates, school supplies, Stuff for beds, and more. I know there’s a lot of Toy Story media too, but I think there’s more Cars.
That’s probably true. After all Mater is Pixar’s most profitable character. Part of me figured since Cars 2 had a CD, and TS1 and 2 did, TS3 deserved one.
Mater? I’d say Lightning Mcqueen is more profitable and popular…

With this return to CD, I’d expect a release someday. Just not soon, seing as Pixar has other projects to promote. They’d probably save it for a special occasion, but seeing as the series is finished, I don’t know when that’ll be.
