Okay, looks like showtimes for Wall-E are slowly starting to show up online for some of my local theatres. First, I was disappointed that my top choice of theatre, which recently got a brand new digital projector, is apparently not playing it, since another theatre just down the street is playing it. But, the good news is that the other is playing it at 12:01. Which is cool! Especially knowing that my first choice didn’t even do one for Indy last month. Just goes to show how Cinemark cares about customers much more than Cineplex (sorry I had to add my attack on Cineplex’s monopoly). Plus, I just got my work schedule for next week, and I don’t even have to be at the store until 1 in the afternoon as opposed to the 6 am shift I usually have. So looks like a late night next Thursday! Will be my first 12:01!
I’ve been hoping for a midnight airing at the theater across the street. No luck yet.
That’s great! Usually they only have midnight showings for the really big movies, like Star Wars. People might even dress up as a WALL•E character, he he. I don’t think I could go to a midnight showing since I’m an early bird, but still, that’s really promising! Let us know what the turnout is.
A midnight screening would be really exciting! The atmosphere must be so intense, and everyone seeing the film would obviously be the true fans so it’d be like the best audience ever. I hope you enjoy that screening, Mister Incredible!
i wanted to go to the one at the El Capitan here in Hollywood (Disney’s theatre), but i do have to work early the next morning. they are giving out pins that say 'I Saw it first!" with a pic of WALL-E and the date of the screening.
Just think about it. What was once a mysterious upcoming Pixar space movie we will all have seen by next week. That’s when we’ll be chewing our hands off to keep from posting spoilers! As for me, I’m getting the $5 morning matinee at my AMC (opening day). Sure it’s worth the $9, but what’s the real difference between am and pm, anyway?

Holla, I’m going to the midnight!
I wanted to go to a midnight screening, (seeing as it’s 3 am and I’m still awake) but I’d be the only one able to stay awake. xD One of these days, I’ll attend a midnight screening. It sounds like a lot of fun.
FONY: Yeah, midnight screenings are so much fun… I went for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and also for Pirates of the Caribbean 3. Everybody is all so excited and nerdy together!
I went to a midnight showing and boy was it worth it. No screaming kids (don’t get me wrong, I love kids) it was perfect and only Adults showed up. We all enjoyed the show, this movie was worth the wait.
