For anyone who is traveling to Toronto or will be stopping there during a trip, a 5 month long origami exibition is being run in the Toronto international airport, the exibition began in late August and features a variety of origami artworks which can be seen in the security areas including a Wall•e & Eve. I haven’t had a chance to see the display myself yet, but I was the one who made the Wall•e & Eve (as well as the other works in that one case, but Wall•e is the first original design I’ve ever made). I’ll have some photographs up by the end of the month when I get the video recording of the exibition being set up, but for now you get these photos of an experimental version (the display one is better and has better treads and also more details)
It’s adorable! Won’t be able to see it in real-life though, going to Toronto in June.
So your origami versions of WALL-E and EVE are going to be on display? That’s so cool! And WALL-E looks adorable. Congratulations on that, MiniChuchan!
