Everyone knows that the character Kari
was played by an animator at Pixar. John Wlaker played the priest and Brad Bird played Edna. Any body know any
other minnor character roles that people at the studio played in the Incredibles?
Kari was
played by a Pixar animator? I didn’t know that… Interesting.
Andrew Stanton and Lee Unkrich* usually
do at least one or two minor character voices in every Pixar films, including [i]A Bug’s
Life[/i] and Monsters Inc., if I’m not much mistaken. However, other
than that, I really don’t know of any other Pixar “add lib-ers”; although, I will recognize one or two
in the credits section of various Pixar films.
Teddy Newton was the newsreporter guy. Berie was played by
Lou Ramano, and I am taking a guess at this.
Mark Andrews is the cop who said "Thank you Mr.
Incredible. You’ve done it again."
Wow. Well, what do you know…
Mitch: It took me a while to
come up with that hypothisis. I hear Mark Andrew’s voice over and over in the second disc of the DVD. One day, I
was watching it, and all of the sudden, something in the back of my mine told me the cop could be him.
The Star Swordsman: Heheh –
isn’ it annoying when you recognize a particular actor’s voice, but can’t put your finger on the name of him
or her? It sounds as if that was one of those time for you. Am I right? 
Nice hypothesis/reasoning, by
the way. I often attempt to pin-point a particular actor in that way, as well.
Not nessicarily Mitch. It just that some of the voic
actors sound so familiar, that I have a feeling that I know who it is. I am just not 100% sure it it really is
him/her. I mean, take the Super Hero profiles on the second disc DVD. I thought the guy who played Gamma Jack was
played by Brad Bird’s son Michael. However, PixarVixen believed that Michael Bird provided the voice to
Downburst. You have an idea, but you are not 100% sure.
Ahh…I see. I know the feeling.
And since I have
nothing else to say, I’ll leave it at that. 
Wow, Brad Bird played Edna, I must stupid but that’s very
new to me.

Heheh – sorry…sorry. I just figured that
it was common knowledge to most Pixar geeks…
That’s okay. I didn’t know who played him until ethier before or after I saw the
movie.

Well, I guess I should talk. I didn’t know who he played either…until someone told me/the film came out.
Eli Fucile, son of Tony Fucile, was 1 of 2 voices for Jack-Jack.
Bud Luckey
was Rick Dicker.
Art director Dominique Louis voiced Bomb Voyage. He was also part of visual development
for The Iron Giant.
Ohh, just wait till I meet Brad. I have
questions.

And I think the British Nigel guy played the role of Everseer.
You mean
Geoffrey Rush? Highly doubtful. He’s not the kind of big celebrity you can easily bring back to the studio to
record a small part like that.

durring the commentary durring the dinner scene, Brad imitates Nigel, saying "[i]Exuse me, can we
get back to the issue of the gravy?"[/i]

But I think it would be cool imagining what role Geoffrey
Rush could play in the Incredibles. After thinking about it, he could have the potential to play the original
villain Xerek.
