I too think Mater is funny. He kinda reminds me of

Goofy. It think it’s partially the teeth but also the fact that Mater isn’t the brightest of them all, though

I’m positive he’s brighter than Goofy!

Now that you campared him to Goofy, I can not agree more. Both Mater and Goofy

are indeed the same. Just in different forms. But everyone is incredibly unique. And I love the way you think

I’m wondering howcome Mater is the only one who

didn’t age well? I mean all the other inhabitants of Radiator Springs look more or less exactly the same in the

present as they did in the Our Town scene. Only Mater aged radically. I wonder why?
