do you have one and do you have any problums with your computer?
We used Macs all through elementary school and I hated it. They always ended up freezing and losing our work. It was just really frustrating.
I have Windows Vista on my laptop. I’ve heard bad things about Vista, but so far nothing bad has happened to mine. I’ve had it for about four months now.
On the home computer, we have Windows XP.
PC. Never got the Mac love. There’s plenty of things that Apple’s really good at, but I’m just fine with my PC and haven’t had any problems out of it.
I want a mac ![]()
Love using PCs. It’s what I’ve grown up with, really. I agree with you, Abbervail Dream, in that I used Macs all through elementary as well, and hated them. They were never up to par with the computer I had at home, for what I was concerned. Although throughout high school, the Macs are actually quite good. So if I was forced to choose between Mac and Death, I’d have no problems now. ![]()
Mac Pro running Mac OSX Leopard. Couldn’t be happier. Best computer I’ve ever had. ![]()
i’d have to say mac
my dad just got one 4-6 months ago and it just has so many extra features that pc’s don’t.
It has faster speed and is more user friendly.
(if you had asked me 5 months ago i would have nailed mac for being “inconsiderate” but now that i see a small portion of their more expensive models they are definitely better then pc.)
did i mention that they are like 2x as pricy though ![]()
I have a PC that runs Windows Vista. The only problem I had with it was it was really slow when we first got it, but then I disabled something to do with the search engine, and it was fine from then on. A bit annoying since I had to search the Internet for a few hours to solve the problem myself, and Microsoft pretended like there was no problem at all, but that’s Microsoft for ya… ![]()
I don’t have anything against Macs, though. It’s just that I grew up with PCs so it’s just easier for me to use a PC because that’s what I know. I’ve never used a Mac so it would be a bit difficult at first since it would be different than what I’m used to, but it would be exactly the same if Macs were popular and PCs weren’t. I like PCs because they are the most compatible with any software, but not that this has anything to do with it being the best OS, because some of the most popular things in history have been downright stupid.
Uh, so yeah, I use a PC.
I’m a PC user, but my next computer will be a mac.
Always liked them, always too expensive, but they’re coming down.
Macs FTW! I was a PC user until the 2005 when I started using a mac at school and loved it and bought a mac in Jan of 2006. Never looked back. PC’s are passable, Macs are fantastic.
I come into contact with macs frequently, but not at school. I’m here:

Haha, I love your charts Wall·E… I’m probably a liiittle bit farther up on that scale though. ![]()
I use a PC (Windows XP). Never got a chance to get Vista. But I don’t have much problems. Except a few months ago when the hard drive didn’t work anymore (but I could save my datas) and sometimes it shuts down and reboots by itself. Quite annoying when I’m doing something important.
Hi, I’m a Mac… and I’m also a PC! But my PC’s been bust for a few months, so I’ve been using my Mac these days. ![]()
Use BootCamp or Parallels if you want to run windows apps ![]()
boot camp is awesome.
Does it run windows at a rwasonable speed?
I have a PC, but there are days where I would love a mac.
I.E. anytime when you’re not playing a game! ![]()
WALL-E: Yeah, but I think Macs are more current.
