If you mean that Disney spent money to create Club Penguin, then sorry, you’re kinda wrong. Disney DID NOT create Club Penguin. It used to be called Penguin Chat 3(Which is no longer available). Disney bought Club Penguin about a year ago for a whopping $700 million. Although some fans of the non-Disney Club Penguin are protesting and wanting the old version back. What do you think?

I’ve joined this little social game a little while back, about several months ago. It didn’t really work out due to its lack of activities. Sure, the mini-games are fun for a while, but to make use of the full potential of the game, it seems like you need to know an awful lot of members there to have fun. In other words, it’s more like a messenger like MSN or AIM rather than an online game.
I never really got interested into such socializing games (Maple Story is another one under the same genre). It might be just me, though.

I was a member from about 2004-2007. I didn’t like it after Disney bought it.
I’ve never ever heard of it. I’m an old-school neopets girl, as far as online game-world-thingies go.
I did a little Neopets myself, but I never got into it. I forgot my password and when I requested an E-mail to get it back, it said that they didn’t have my e-mail address in record even though I gave it to them when I signed up! Pants for air

When I first came across Neopets, it reminded me of the original best multiplayer game - Pokemon! 
Here in Oahu they have Disney commercials for Penguins and that chat room all the time…they’re funny.

I got a club penguin account last weekend. I don’t like it very much, but I would probably like it more if I was a member, but I’m not going to waste money on that.
