Would definitely love to get a 3rd wave of the Toy Story Collection figures. i think Zurg, Prospector, Mrs. Potato Head, Hamm, Slinky and Trixie would be good characters to include electronics with. Would also like them to make Bo Peep, Buttercup, Mr. Pricklepants, the rest of Bonnie’s toys and Stretch, though I don’t think any of them need electronics.

Thinkway said that there’s a wave 3 being planned, though the lineup of what toys’ll be in it hasn’t been finalized yet.

My Ideal 3rd Wave

  1. Big Baby - comes with bottle and makes baby sounds. 18 inches tall.

  2. Stretch - needs to be made of rubber, but I would not want it to be sticky. Not sure if you could put a voice box in without it being visible, Maybe on the bottom between the legs? Comes in clear blue box to look like an aquarium, not sure what size this would have to be to fit the tentacles.

  3. Chuckles - probably would talk, though I’m not sure what he would say. Sad experssion, I like it better than his happy one. Plays circus themed music. Comes in box decorated to look like a big top tent.

  4. Trixie - She would definitely talk, to match Rex, plus she has a talkative personality. Comes in box similar to Rex, but sized to fit her.

These are what I would like because it basically allows people to get a complete set of Lotso’s Gang and Bonnie’s Toys. I’m not even sure I would buy any of these, but I would like to know I can get a full set of either group before I even start collecting them.

If they want to do another wave of six they should also do:

  1. Zurg - pretty obvious. I would love to have him. Mouth lights up, gun fires, he talks when the Z on his cape is pushed. Comes in purple spaceship box.

  2. Prospector - anything I could say about him has already been said in this thread.

I don’t think they need to make a slinky, not if they plan to load it with electronics, and I believe that Hasbro is making better Potato Heads. So this would just about cover every character I would ever want to get.

  1. They already sell baby dolls like Big Baby, as that is what it’s based on

  2. Maybe not “Collection” version, but at least one to match the Twitch, Chunk, and Sparks that Thinkaway released

  3. Chuckes can be sold without electronics. He was apparently just an ordinary clown doll

4: Trixie could work. I’m sure Kristen schaal would love to voice her again.

5: On the fence with Zurg, but he could work.

6: Like in the movie, Prospector probobly won’t sell well except for collectors. He did afterall had 9 sayings. You know your not popular when the horse has more sayings than you do (Bullseye had 10).

As for slinky, he doesn’t need electronics, but just articulation. He is made of wood in the movie, but I don’t think toys can be made of wood anymore, so just a more durable plastic. Also that redundant string in his head needs to go.

That actually squeak when you squeeze them, and 4 sayings whenever you press their hand:

with maybe some pose-ability in their head and arms

Personally, I would want the following for the next wave:

  1. Bo Peep (with her sheep, of course!)
  2. Rocky Gibraltar
  3. Robot
  4. Mr. Spell
  5. Roly Poly Clown

Comepletely unreatistic, I know. But that is what I would like personally.

I think if we did get another wave, zurg would be obvious as he is right up thinkway’s alley. Prospector would be a good bet, although im not sure about his pick axe. Other than those two, the only figures i really want are more obscure characters, like rocky, robot, wheezy, and hocky puck

My hopes for a third wave (in order of preference) are:

  1. Hamm
  2. Trixie
  3. Zurg
  4. Prospector
  5. Mrs Potato Head
  6. Slinky

I’d be happy with any of the above in Thinkway’s non-Collection line, in addition to the following figures which I think would be best as non-Collection figures (because electronics are not required):

  1. Mr Pricklepants
  2. Buttercup
  3. Dolly
  4. Peas in the Pod
  5. Chuckles

It just occured to me that we definitley aren’t getting a Hamm for this line. :frowning: A Hamm TSc figure was already planned and had little marketing interest. Also the Disney Store Hamm is already true to movie scale and pretty much perfect, except for the fact that it is made of resin and not plastic. if they did make Hamm, I would be really happy because I don’t want to buy the DS Hamm because I am afraid I will break it. :confused:

i agree with playkid789 i’ve grown up with toy story all my life and i’m starting a collection it’s not big so i need these toys.

Also i think they should re-release toys like the barrel of monkeys and bring out Mr Shark, Troll and the egg things and more for younger children to start their collection

What do you guys think?

I dont find minor characters like Rocky, Snake, Robot, ect. making it. Realistically, this is who I would expect to make it
