I agree: stairs are fun! It’s fun to beat the elevator up the stairs, just to show it who’s boss. (snigger)
I also hesitated to mention that I’m terrified of flies and craneflies; I’ve been so ever since I was two or four years old. I can’t take the buzzing, and the fact that they can fly makes it even worse. I wouldn’t have been afraid of craneflies if the first two I ever met hadn’t landed on my nose and stared me straight in the eye. (snigger)
I don’t feel very confortable in an elevator, too. Sometimes I’m afraid that the elevator just stops and get stuck in there! Fortunately it never happened to me…
There’s this one elevator in this library that often gets stuck, yikes! Sometimes you hear kids 5 or 6 years old who took the elevator alone screaming, so it’s kinda wierd…the funny (or not so funny) thing is it happens alot!
I’ve got Arachnophobia- fear of spiders. Only little ones though, since we have a tarantula and it doesn’t bug me- I only avoid her 'cause I’m allergic to her hairs. =P
I once had a fear of sloths, but I think it’s going away. They still creep me though.
And this isn’t exactly a fear, but I always prefer to be at the back of a classroom or a crowded room. I think this is because kids used to throw stuff in my hair way back when, and I just feel more comfortable to have no one sitting behind me. =P
Omg , where is it so I can bring my younger sisters and make them go on it alone ! lol
My sister who’s nine is afraid to close the bathroom door (so it clicks anyway) because one time she got locked in a Dunkin’ Donuts (it’s a place that sells donuts and coffee) and she got afraid big time .
Elevators are okay, if a little claustraphobia, but escalators…! It’s horrible getting on and off them, especially if you’re going down! I’m always afraid I’m going to miss my footing and slip!
