Pixar Films crossovers

Would you want a small synopsis of my fanfic or should I leave it a surprise altogether?

bright dot-dasher - Mmm, I’d prefer that you’d leave it as a surprise, but it’s ultimately up to you. If you do choose to share a section of your fan-fiction story with others then I suggest that you do it via the private message (PM) system, though.

You might enjoy it, if you’re okay with it being super long and having many characters and subplots.
At first, it seems like one story, then we switch to another point of view, and then it seems like a whole new story, but later on they will all connect. Hope you are okay with reading something like that.

Yes, but anyone who can think of a way (even fictional) to get to the car world from the human world is a genius.

I always felt that all the Pixar movies all existed in the same world. Everyone coincides with each other. I think Cars could even be in the same world, but the movie itself is an alternate reality where the cars are alive in talk while in the “real world” they exist only as inanimate cars. At least that’s how I view the movies.

That’s actually a pretty cool idea, Captain Pixar. It could almost follow the idea that the toys we have in real life actually have their own lives, but we don’t know about it- in the same way that our cars could have their own, alternative universe as such, but we just didn’t realise it. Then, all of the Pixar stories could be combined into the same world.

Oh, you don’t mind if I use that idea as a subplot in my long fanfic, do you? (except [spoil]without the circus bugs, and Dot being separated from Flik and Atta, and them reaching France through Monsters, Inc instead.[/spoil])

This is part of a (the) crossover I thought up

Mary (aka Boo) mysteriously disappeared from home. Jessie, having been in her room once, gets creeped out about it. Many people, including possibly the Incredibles, are searching for at least an explanation of her absense.
Meanwhile, she has, for an unknown reason, become a rat, and ends up in Paris, where Remy finds himself watching over her.

Hmmm, not a bad ideea, but where did her becoming a rat come from?

That’s the mystery. And it will take a lot of reading before you can reach the answer.

I’m in the middle of a fanfic that crosses Toy Story and BLoSC, if that counts, with them as alternative universes, where a Q-like foe of Buzz Lightyear switches Andy’s Buzz and BLoSC Buzz. Of course, hilarity and drama ensues, depending on whose side of the narrative you’re on.

Oooh, that sounds like a really, really intresting idea. I am not sure if you would call it a crossover since it has 2 of Pixar’s Buzz’s, but still, it would be a neat thing to see.

Welcome to PIxar Planet also.

Someone on another board in a thread about a Disney and Pixar timeline found a funny way to justify putting Cars in, though way far into the future, when I tried bringing up that Cars took place in 2005 due to the game taking place the next year.

Combined timeline of Pixar and the Disney Animated Canon that’s been agreed on is this

I’ve read Cars fanfics where they have been transported into our world through a scientist’s ortal. To me, the Cars world is seperate, but if a portal to other dimensions were made (like the monster and human one using closet doors) they could enter through. Only thing is that to me, the Cars become humans once they enter our world. Some people thing they stay as cars but I have a different opinion. To me, the Cars timeline is the same as human timeline. It’s like if we entered their world today, it would be the exact same date. Being that our worlds almost co-exist, it’s easy to transport themselves. Hm. . . Kinda like Danny Phantom how the human world and the Ghost Zone co-exist with each other. But getting back on topic, I think that even though the Cars world has no humans, it doesn’t mean it’s completely seperate. If you think my idea is resonable, let me know. I’m only 13, so don’t be harsh about it.

Here’s my idea of how all Pixar films would crossover (assuming parallel dimensions are included and there’s a timeline for the real world)

Toy Story (1 and 2): 1990s-2000s (2010-ish)
A Bug’s Life: 1990s
Monsters Inc: 1990s-2000s (monster dimension exists)
Finding Nemo: 2000s
The Incredibles: 2000s (assuming superheroes exist)
Cars: Parallel Dimesion where vehicles are sentient beings
Ratatouille: 2000s
WALL•E: 2800s (BnL Reign pre-movie: 2040s-2110)
Up: 2000s
