I think the majority of the Incredibles ones were done by Annie from Clear Black Lines. She does really great icons, you can see them on her LiveJournal.

On a side-note, if anybody wants to show off icons or graphics they haven’t made, could you try to find out who created them so they can get proper credit if anyone wants to use them? Thanks!
