Wish I could say for sure I’m gonna be there, ffdude, but I honestly don’t know. I might be going to visit my friends at their college this weekend, but if I end up not doing that, I should be able to make it.

Ah, yay… it’s Up week! I’ll probably pick up my copy at the local Barnes & Noble in New York… hey US Planeteers, how much is Up Blu-Ray/DVD Combo on the shelves? I know it’s US$20 on Amazon, but I’m hesitant to get a package delivered to a hotel room.
I’ll try to make it… I can’t offer any guarantees though! I just checked out the hotel’s WiFi and it’s $25 for 24 hours… if only it was the week after that, that’d be great because I’ll be based in a house in Virginia by then
… but, the show must go on, I guess.

Phileas, the Blu-ray/DVD combo is $35 U.S., but that was Best Buy, I’m pretty sure B&N’s is the same though. As for that Wifi problem,… any chance you could find a place to mooch it? Haha, I really hope you can make it. We can still try to do what we’ve mentioned before and try to do Up once a month, so don’t feel too bad if you have to miss out. (Wish you didn’t have to though :\ )

But…dang! I don’t know that I can come to the Movie Night this week. Because by Friday, our family is going holiday. So I don’t know if the hotel we stayed in have free Wi-Fi services or not. If not, I’ll try my best to find any Starbucks near the hotel.

I share your sentiments too, wannabechef! I’ll be away on my China trip for the next two weeks, so unless I lug my laptop along (and my old folks probably wouldn’t allow that cos’ it’s ‘quality family time’, which I totally understand and respect), I won’t be able to participate in it.
I’ll probably won’t be taking part in any more PPMNs and Commentaries until I return in Sydney February/March, but I can log on to Skype or the Pixar Planet chatroom and ‘text’ during some of the sessions if I happen to be on. 
As much as I want to join, I have to decline because the local DVD/BD release of “Up” is still two months away.
And I don’t want to download it from anywhere, even though I am so going to buy the 4-disc set come January 21st…

My school’s annual art sale is this weekend and I’m working at it. I don’t know if I will have the morning or afternoon shift yet. Will find out on Thursday. Hopefully I’ll be able to make the Up movie night! Been looking forward to it.

ffdude - What time is/isn’t ok for you? If you can’t work around me, don’t worry. I’d hate for everyone to have to adhere to my suggested time. I’d be able to watch Up anytime between 8am - 11am on Sunday. At 11am I have to log off the computer. If that doesn’t work don’t worry about including me… I’m sure there will be other times in the future where we can watch Up.
I’m sorry, I actually didn’t look at that second time, I didn’t realize it was only at 3:30 for me. facepalm I had just reworked some of the times in my head, and actually, that second one works PERFECTLY. As long as CaptainPan can be there that late (I think he’d be joining, at least I hope!) then that time is absolutely golden. Most of the late late nighters aren’t gonna be able to make it this week for a lot of reasons, and Phileas isn’t in Sydney anymore.
So, basically, that second time you posted works great Rachel.
Yeah, the second time works a lot better, rachel for the first time is when I have practice. But even then, I can’t come, for I don’t have the Up DVD yet. Maybe a later Up movie night . . .
Ok, well, I’ll be there at that second time then. I hope a lot of others can make it.
Good news! I will be on PPMN this week! But somehow Rachel the second option of the time seems pretty hard for me, but hey, it’s Up, I really hoping that I can come. I will! 
Well, it currently looks like I am working both the morning and afternoon of the art sale on Saturday. So I can’t make it If I somehow get out early, I’ll be sure to join though.
