I’m not saying you’re lying, because for all I know you could be telling the truth, but the story you’re giving me, is very hard to believe considering what I know about law. I’ll give you a perfect example regarding how your story isn’t making any sense.
You just said, and I quote:
It’s your father’s call so he gets to decide.
Now you are saying “we” meaning, it’s the whole family’s call so you all get to decide.
Now we’re back to your father decides.
Just letting you know, the only one who gets to decide is the judge and you had no court dates.
I find it hard to believe that Tennessee is that different from other states. That the one being accused, or the family, I can’t tell because you contradicted yourself, gets to decide his or her punishment.
Well, they left it up to out social worker to work with my dad. I don’t know why. When he(Ron) came, the three days was to check and see if my dad actually did it. He(Ron) has decided that my dad did say and do bad things, but I was not legally considered “[spoil]molested[/spoil]”, so they’re making my dad clean up. In one of his Psychiatric meetings, my dad actually broke into tears. I don’t forgive him, but that makes me feel good. Thinking that he was sorry or ashamed enough to cry makes me feel so good. I want him to feel awful. Not rage, but I want him to feel as mentally insecure as I did/do or more.
You made it clear various times that you didn’t go to court.
I’m going to say this again, the judge is the only one who decides everything.
Social Work(er): Social work is a professional and academic discipline committed to the pursuit of social welfare and social change. The field works towards research and practice to improve the quality of life and to the development of the potential of each individual, group and community of a society. Social workers perform interventions through research, policy, community organizing, direct practice and teaching.
Not someone who can decide the punishment in a court of law.
Mental help is not a punishment. It’s a social change.
I’m now done with this because the story is not making any sense and keeps contradicting itself. This story has a lot of holes in it and some of the things you’re claiming isn’t even possible and doesn’t even happen with this type of situation. Your father would have been taken away from you. That’s it. None of this would have happened this fast. Try, months. Maybe weeks, possibly years. Not a few days.

Regarding my last quote, I wasn’t going to argue with a story that didn’t make any sense to me. I have knowledge of the law and my father has been sitting here reading this with me and isn’t persuaded by the story either.
Yes, but I must warn you. It is very hard. (Campaign wise) I also managed to finish the story, and the ending is surprisingly very sad and unexpected, but still awesome.
It’s harder than the campaign for ODST. Not impossible, and in the two days I had it I managed to beat two levels on Legendary with my friend, but it will probably take you a few tries. Not impossible, though.

Haha, I got Halo: Reach the other day. I only played like 20 minutes of the campaign, but I like the changes they’ve done to improve the balance of the game so far in multiplayer.

Edit 2: Especially when I lied on purpose to see if you were lying by saying, “you must be under heavy probation” and you said, “well someone comes and checks on the family a lot”. So you must have lied.
You don’t get probation without a court date which you said you didn’t have.
Nothing in your story adds up.
Edit 3: There are people who actually go though things like this that and it’s a very serious issue. Not something good to lie about. I felt bad for you before when I heard about it, but then I thought about it and asked my father things about it and he told me everything that happens when this situation happens. So I started talking with you guys and you said you were mad at your dad, then you said you forgive him. No one usually forgives their father after they almost touched you. No issue like this gets solved within 3 days.
