I just got back earlier from swimming for the first time in a while. It was fun, but sheesh it’s been hot! 105 degrees most of the time we were out! 
Oh yeah, and I finished playing Portal yesterday. Probably my new favorite game.

Hahaha, so I missed a lot but I’m jumping back in on this convo! Yes, happy Fourth Of July to my neighbours in the USA! And a be-lated happy Canada Day to my fellow Canadians! I know you’re out there somewhere!

Fireworks are the best! I love the ones that are all glittery and after they explode they come down in long streamers that make it look like a gold waterfall.
I like them all. I’m not a pyromaniac but I just like watching all of the fireworks explode.
For the past two years, our firework shows have been canceled due to storms. Last year they were postponed till November! (don’t ask me why… in my opinion, at that point they might as well just skip it). I’m just hoping it doesn’t storm again this year, but it might. What’s strange, it’s not like it rains a lot here. Most of the time we’re suffering from intense heat and droughts that cause the ground to be all cracked. 
My favorite fireworks are the ones that explode into a bunch if swirling bits and make a loud buzzing sound. When I was little I always called them “bugs”.
Hehehehe…
Our state almost got a fireworks ban this year, due to all the fires we’ve been having.
I’m not a fan of the noise, but I do like looking at fireworks.
It’s kinda funny because here in Indiana, it’s perfectly legal to buy and set off fireworks, but in Ohio, it’s illegal to buy them and it’s illegal to take them across state lines, like into IN and PA where it’s legal to set 'em off.
