That guy certainly has an epic voice. I have no idea what he was saying, but I just know it was awesome. He could describe paint drying and it would be interesting, albeit unintelligible. Itās actually sort of ironic. The only sport I make a point of watching is the seemingly least popular sport of all time: curling. People call it chess on ice. The only other time I follow sports is the World Cup (go England and Germany!) and the Olympics.
Haha Evil, I donāt even watch sports at all! The sports I watch occasionally are snowboarding and skateboarding, like the Burton US Open and the X-Games and stuff like that. But even then, I would much rather actually skate and snowboard as opposed to just watching it. I do watch major sporting events though, like the Olympics (both winter and summer) and the World Cup.
I like the Summer Olympics the best. The only reason I watched most of the events in the Winter Olympics this year is because it took place in Canada Our opening ceremonies really suckedā¦we always say we dislike the whole āCanada is a frozen wastelandā steryotype, but what did they show at the opening ceremonies? Pictures of a frozen wasteland, with a few cities thrown in here and there XD
What about darts? Do darts count as a sport? And has anyone heard of wrestle-chess? Well, I donāt know if thatās its name (probably isnāt), but thatās basically what they do. They play chess for a while, and then as soon as someone makes a move, they wrestle for a few minutes Good way to exercise both your mind and body, I guessā¦
Evil, donāt say that! I went to Whistler Blackcomb this past spring break for a snowboarding trip, it was definitely the best place Iāve been in my life! It was huge, and the mountains were absolutely breathtaking. The drive up on the Sea-to-Sky highway is just beatiful! When I get older, I want to live in either New Zealand or Vancouver. Canada is awesome!
