All I can say about it now is that at least it looks like it’ll still have Pixar quality animation for direct-to-DVD, so looking animated just like Cars wouldn’t bother me in the least.

I don’t really have much to say. The animation looks just as good as Cars. But the actually trailer itself… was meh. It spent a while concentrating on the technology of the planes with unfitting music, then cut to who was obviously the main character. It seemed cute at first when he got blown off incredibly fast, but the screaming went on for too long and was over-exaggerated. Also, I didn’t really understand why it said “Cool” in the sky… anybody get that?
I did like the 113 on the plane at the end, though. Was sorta surprised to see that as Pixar seems to have nothing to do with this…

I don’t think that it’s going to be such a great story, however no one can deny how beautiful the animation looks. I already love the characters.
I can’t wait for this movie and the inevitable Cars 3.
I forgot to mention, I adore the way it says “From the world above Cars”. I think it’s a cute touch. 
And yes, if Cars 3 totally comes out, I’m so in there! 
Me neither, I’d rather live over in the Cars world.
My favorite part was that they tacked the Disney logo on the Planes logo. Y’know, just so you’re sure it’s not a Pixar movie.

It’s not like it’s something I’m super excited for unless the make it look more exciting. Like, I don’t really know how to explain.
I know what you mean, its just kind of…there. I will probably watch it either way but I’m in no rush for it to get here at all.
I can’t wait for anything related to the Cars world.
I hope for a Locomotives and a Boats next.
Honestly, I think Planes doesn’t make sense just because we already have pretty much every type of motorized thing in Cars 2. They haven’t shown a lot, I know, but we’ve seen much more than we did in the first Cars. So, I’m assuming they have anything motorized.
Yeah, is it just me or are the boats kind of creepy? I’m talking about the big steel ones from Cars 2. I don’t know what it is but they kind of bother me…
