I just happened to see a t.v.
spot for Ratatouille, and it claimed there was going to be a Special Sneak Preview on Saturday(I assume they mean
this Saturday).
Anyone have anymore info on this?
I saw this same tv spot a hour ago. 
Well first off, let me welcome you to Pixar Planet Capt.
Jack Sparrow. Second, I did not hear of a special preview. I guess it could be like one of those 9 minute ones,
but I don’t know. We’ll keep watching though.
TSS- I do not think it is the 9-min. perview or anything like that. I think it might be one of
those show that Pixar had for Cars last year on
I heard of the sneak preview, too - and saw it. It was at 9:40 Eastern time last
night. It was about one to two minutes long, and showed Remy learning how to control Lingiuni with his hair.
2 minutes long? The one I saw was like 30
sec. long.
Very interesting…this will probably be on YouTube.

In Japan, customers can
get a free Preview DVD of Ratatouille beginning June 20th if they buy a PIXAR movie on DVD. The Preview DVD
features the Teaser, the Japanese trailer, and the NEW Japanese trailer, eleven minutes of Ratatouille; design,
rats, France, Brad Bird, and six minutes of Skinner, Remy, Linguini, Emile, Colette, and Gusteau. Most of the
language will be in English with Japanese subtitles.

Mitch - Yeah, I don’t get
it, 800 sneak previews? what do they consider sneak previews?
JV - Good question. I always thought that the proposed
“sneak preview” would just be a 1-2 minute clip from the film or something. Perhaps they mean that
there will be several different previews of the film throughout the day and on various channels/stations,
bringing the total number of clips up to 800?
It still sounds ludicrous, though. I don’t get it!
Although, I wouldn’t mind seeing 800 sneak peeks of the film…

Wow – awesome! I’m going to have to look up my theater listings and see if
any local cinema(s) near my house will be showing the film this Saturday…

I was just on the website for the local theatre chain
(local- heck, they’re probably the only big one up here anymore), and it was listing a 7:00 showing on Saturday
night. I’m going a bit crazy here, probably will head down to the theatre to pick up tickets tomorrow (since
it’s quite a bus ride to get out there).
