I’m not really sure if this is a good place to post this or not,
but I’ll give it a shot.
Well, I’m sure that all of you know this already…but www.apple.com currently
has the Ratatouille teaser trailer in high-definition for your viewing pleasure. The
quality – to me – is so good, that I thought it significant to “tape” the link here:
apple.com/trailers/disney/ratatouille/hd/
Please let me know if you can’t view the
teaser in high-definition, as this trailer requires an updated version of QuickTime (or similar) to view.
If you have a laptop or a MacIntosh/PC with a small screen, you probably will want to choose the
“smallest” high-definition trailer to view.
Again, let me know if it doesn’t work. And if it
doesn’t…well…at least the teaser poster is cute to look at.
I would like to note that this is the first Pixar Teaser Trailer to be put on the
internet in HD. This is way I watch trailers when possible now. I anitcipate the release of hte Ratatouille
trailer. (Hopefully around Chrissie?)
Cool. i did like the teaser trailer. It was amusing. And the one I did not get
tired of seeing repeatedly when I went to see Cars. (unlike the others. Meet the Robinsons was silly and
Invincible was soooo loooong)
Yeah, it looks especially good in
HD.

I’m glad you all
enjoyed the show! As Pixar Planet’s most dedicated Ratatouille fan, I will attempt
to search and conquer – all information regarding Pixar’s new film, Ratatouille,
will be found out by me…sooner or later (most likely sooner than later).
Yeah, I also expect the
official trailer for Ratatouille to be released
sometime this winter – perhaps along with the upcoming movie Happy Feet (which I
also plan to enjoy)…?
lennonluvr9: I agree. The Meet the
Robinsons and Invincible trailers had me sleeping in my theater seat;
although, I always knew that the Ratatouille trailer would be shown after it, so I
would get all excited at that point…!
(Although, my last name is ‘Robinson’, so I kinda got excited
when I saw the Meet the Robinsons trailer…)
Actually, now that Pixar has urged Disney
to revise the script for Meet the Robinsons, I’ve become quite interested in it. I
hope that in the future, Disney and Pixar’s partnership would fluorish. They’d be the team to beat, if that
happens.

They did? Well…that’s certainly an improvement. Trust Pixar to knock some
sense into the Disney corporation – they definitely needed it. And you’re right; maybe I shouldn’t be too hard
on the Meet the Robinsons film. I do love the visual effects/animation (mostly
because Pixar helped to “color it up”, I’m sure), and if they’re revising the script,
then…well…maybe things won’t be too bad after all…
Yeah – imagine that! If the Disney/Pixar
“team” will continue to put some effort into recreating a successful business out of Disney Studios,
then the Disney company will be in the bag! Let’s hope they succeed…
I SO can’t wait for Meet The Robinsons! It had better be a major improvement after
Chicken Little, because while the movie was cute, it wasn’t great.

Haha – I forgot about Chicken
Little (which I guess isn’t a good sign, huh?).
Yeah, it was…interesting. I didn’t
really care for it either, although I did like the part where Fish kept placing the piece of the “sky”
over himself and Abbey. (I’m starting to laugh just thinking about it…)

Not sure that teaser trailer was the 1 where
Remy narrates about his life & a scene where he steals cheese from the French restaurant (my PC doesn’t work
with apple player very well) Anyway, if it is then I can’t believe that fat rat was voiced by David Schwimmer! I
still can’t believe it! After watching the trailer again I then start to hear the resemblance…

Yep, it’s the same
trailer…with Mr. Schwimmer.

Love
his voice. He’s a funny man!
It still astonishes me that it was him who voiced the fat rat because
normally I can only picture him to voice lanky, tall characters like Melman in ‘Madagascar’
Mitch

I know – Melman is the first character I think of when I hear the name
‘David Schwimmer’. Astonishingly, his voice seems to work for the fat rat (whose rumored name is
“Rollie”) in the Ratatouille trailer!
Pixar always has a knack for
getting the perfect actors to play the roles, don’t they?

Ah…I did heard about that name Rollie…yeah, it’s
quite surprising that it fits the role, dunno why but…
Yeah, Pixar always seem to pick the appropiate
actors/actresses to portray their characters. Also whenever I watch early desgins of a certain character I’m
like “I’m glad that they didn’t pick any of these designs!” It didn’t look right…
Wasn’t David Schwimmer in Friends? That’s what I always
think of when I hear his name. He really does suit his character- a perfect choice, once again!

Marty17: I also feel the same way when I see
earlier designs for particular Pixar characters – some are adorable, some are delightfully freaky, and others
are just downright weird! But then again, that’s the wonderful thing about Pixar Animation Studios: every
animator has his or her own artistic style of drawing, which makes them all unique.
lizardgirl: He was? Hmm. I never watch(ed) those types of T.V. shows, so I
wouldn’t know who plays whom on which series. I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if Mr. Schwimmer
was in the hit show Friends, though. And yep, he suites
his character perfectly!
Yep, I just looked through Google, and Schwimmer was in Friends- he played Ross.
Therefore, I really definitely DO agree that he suits his character, since I know exactly who he is now.

Haha – indeed!
You know, if you slur the two S’s in his character name, ‘Ross’, it sounds like ‘Roz’.
Marty17

Yeah he played Ross Gellar in ‘Friends’ what really make me didn’t expect him gonna play
Rollie is that his character Ross is a nerdy, tall bloke…

Rollie sounds like David Schwimmer on valium. I mean if you look at David Schwimmers
characters, i.e. Ross, Melman in Madagascar; they are very hyper and paranoid energy kind of characters.
Rollie is big and fat and lazy. But where have we had confirmation from Disney or Pixar that David
Schwimmer is actually in the film?
