The usual ways…I’m not sure how much the Disney stores would have anymore, but I’m sure you can still find plenty of stuff online…

Your best bet would be to browse Amazon.com and/or Ebay.com for the items you’re looking for. Concerning Ratatouille products, all the official on-line Disney Store offers are customizable watches, video games, and the occasional piece of merchandise, unfortunately, so you’ll have to do some hunting for Ratatouille items elsewhere if you want the really good stuff.
